Kampouroglou Home Inspections performs a unique and valuable service for prospective real estate buyers, homeowners, commercial and residential property managers, homeowners’ associations, custom home builders, historical home restorations, and assessors.
What sets us apart from the traditional home inspectors is our 35 years of hands on experience owning a construction company. We know how homes are built and where deficiencies may lie in your potential home. Potential home buyers utilizing our knowledge of over 35 years in the construction industry has provided our clients with the best insight while inspecting your next home or business.
Full Home Inspection
A full home inspection is our most commonly used and highly recommended inspection when it comes to purchasing your future home. We understand that purchasing a new home can be a very stressful process with a lot of uncertainties, here at Kampouroglou Homes and Construction we will provide our clients with a thorough home inspection and professionalism to provide you with the most insight on your potential home.
After the Full Home Inspection has been performed you will receive an email with an extensive written report within 24 hours. This report will include the extent of potential damages and repairs needed. Our goal at Kampouroglou Homes and Construction is to provide future home owners with peace of mind knowing all aspects about their future home.

Four Point Inspection
Most insurance companies require a Four-point inspection before providing a home with a home owners insurance policy. This inspection covers the four major components of your home that are susceptible to deficiencies, which include PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, ROOFING AND HVAC. The purpose of this inspection is to identify if any of these four components have been improperly installed, have defective components or need general repairs/maintenance. Upon completion of the inspection, you will be provided with a written inspection report with picture of all four components as well as any deficiencies within 24 hours. A four-point inspection is the bare minimum we recommend a potential homeowner should acquire while purchasing their new home. With the knowledge you obtain from this four-point inspection Buyers and Sellers will be able to negotiate any repairs that are needed, if you are getting a fair price and ensuring that the purchase of this home is a good investment for you.
Wind Mitigation
The state of Florida imposed a mandate providing homeowners with a significant discount on their homeowners’ policies for qualifying homes that get a Wind Mitigation. We at Kampouroglou Homes and Construction want you to take full advantage of this when purchasing a new home or when switching insurance companies. Typically Wind mitigations are only applicable as long as you have the same insurance on your home.
Included with a wind mitigation:
